She is survived by: her daughter Bethany Jan Hawley (Grimes); her husband Jimmie Dale Grimes, Jr.; her son-in-law John Hawley; her sister Dorthy; and her siblings-in-law, George McKearin, Claudette Holmes and Allene Grimes. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, friends, extended family.
