He is survived by: his parents, Rhonda Ramsey-Cheatham and Cleveland Phillips; his fiancée Brittany Meddock; his children, Caden Caidleigh and Cabren Ramsey; his godmother Margurette Ards; his aunts, Gwendolyn Ramsey and Megan Smith; and his extended family, Singleton and Richards. He is also survived by his loving family and friends.
