He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Fulton Rogers and Hazel Christine Rogers (Walker); his aunt LaDell Gamble; his uncle Woodrow Gamble; his siblings, Bobby, Earnest, Jeannie, Joyce and Sue; his nephew Jerry Keeling; and his father-in-law William Bill Hunt.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Rogers; his children, Susan Leonard, Cayla Piccolo and Hershel Rogers Jr.; his grandchildren, Jennifer Webb (Michael Webb), Jasmine Leonard, Jake Leonard (Montanna Leonard), Mandy Morgan (Brandon Morgan) and Miranda Rogers; his great grandchildren, Brailynn Young, Joclynn Young, Hayzlei Gibson, Konlee Richards, Raleigh Leonard, Emma Morgan, Brody Morgan, Zakary Allison and Idanesi Geierman; and his mother-in-law Barbara Cline. He is also survived by many extended family members, nieces, nephews, friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel (1201 Lincoln Rd, Idabel, OK 74745). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, December 6th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
