He is survived by: his son Ramon Stevens of Tulsa; and his siblings, Roy Lee Norwood, Charlie Mae Norwood Thornton of Tulsa, Osborne Celestain Jr. of Owasso, Frankie Batey (Florene), Joe Ann Batey of Harris, Eddie Batey (Dannette) of Foreman and Frances Moss of Idabel, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by granddaughter, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
