He is survived by: his son Ramon Stevens of Tulsa; and his siblings, Roy Lee Norwood, Charlie Mae Norwood Thornton of Tulsa, Osborne Celestain Jr. of Owasso, Frankie Batey (Florene), Jo Ann Batey of Harris and Eddie Batey (Dannette) of Foreman, Arkansas.. He is also survived by granddaughter, numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and a host of dear friends.
