John Farley Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of John Farley in Idabel, Oklahoma, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on July 18, 2025 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Farley and Laeuna Farley (Bloodworth); his significant other Charlene Farley; his wife Naomi Farley; his siblings, Edith Napier, Dorothy Tipton, Mildred Sivard Tipton, Victor Farley, Olen Farley and Marcie Dunning; and his son-in-law James Davis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Susan Ranger (Norman) and Cheryl Goldsmith (Charles) of Pauls Valley, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Jason Davis (Julie), Cyndie Milligan (Aaron), Scott Davis (April), Greg Goldsmith (Alecia), John Mark Goldsmith, Amanda and Joshua Goldsmith; his great grandchildren, Tanner Milligan (Maddie), Adam Milligan (Gracie), Matthew Davis (Laynee), Jaron Milligan, Baileigh Milligan, Ozzlyn Lightle, Cameron Davis, Jamey Davis, Jax Goldsmith and Abby Covington; his great great grandchildren, Melly Janae Pingleton and Kovey Jay Pingleton; and his close friend Clovis Whittington.
Visitation was held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clardy Funeral Service Chapel (1201 Lincoln Rd, Idabel, OK 74745). A celebration of life was held on Friday, July 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Calvary Missionary Baptist Church (200 Calvary Ln, Idabel, OK 74745).
