She was predeceased by: her parents, John Allen Green and Dona Jane Green (Jones); her husband Harold Shankles; her daughter Carol Shankles; and her siblings, Coy Green, Troy Green and Joann Leitka.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Jonathan Wagner of Broken Bow, OK and Jared Wagner of Idabel, OK; and her sisters, Sadie Higgins (Monte) of Albuquerque, NM and Barbara Williams (Bob) of Durant, OK. She is also survived by numerous extended family members and friends.
