He is survived by: his mother Dena Cupit Butler; his brother Justin Butler; his nephew Jeffrey Butler; his niece Ashley Butler; his great-niece Sloan Ryan; and his friends, Kevin, Stacy Parsons, Mike Parsons, Tim McKinny and Erica Sims. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins.
