He is survived by: his wife Cynthia; his daughter Shawna Keith (Brent); his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Keith, Seth Keith (Addison), Makaila Williams (Noah) and Kovington Boone Keith; and his brothers, Garlyn Cummins and Ronnie Cummins (JoAnn).
