He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter Smith and Cora Mae Smith; his wife Mary Jane Smith; and his son David Charles. He is survived by: his sons, Don Smith (Lynn) of Bixby, Wesley Smith (Jeri Sue) of Huntsville and James Smith (Tammie) of Claremore; and his granddaughter Regina Williamson (Eddie) of Skiatook. He is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Agent Mallory Martin Chapel (123 S Wheeler Ave, Sallisaw, OK 74955). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 2nd 2026 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
