It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Teddy Applegate of Inola, Oklahoma, who passed away on September 23, 2020, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Lee and Georgia Applegate (Dotson); his siblings, Bernice Borja (Louie), Charlie, Junior, Leo and Bobby; his son Earl (Connie); and his grandson Adam.
He is survived by: his wife Charlene; his children, LaRaina Payton (Eddie), Teddy LeRoy (Staci), Merl (Leah) and Angie (Brian); his stepdaughters, Joyce and Lisa (Terry); and his siblings, Peggy Brewer (Art), Clifford (Joan), Carroll (Marcia) and Jay (Linda). He is also survived by numerous grandchildren & great grandchildren.
