He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Woods and Marlene Woods (Pritchard); his grandparents, Leonard, Frankie Woods, Howard and Olive Pritchard; and his cousin Caleb Barnwell.
He is survived by: his wife Emily Cagle; his brother Ty Woods; his stepdaughter Olivia Cagle; his family, Eddie Barnwell (Leann), Charlene Pritchard of Grove, Ila Gibson-Pyron (Pritchard) of Sallisaw, Case Barnwell (Jordan) of Jay, Kelsey Barnwell of Jay, Lyndall Woods (Dianna) of Jay, Lisa Dudding (Woods) of Charleston, SC and Cheryl Woods of Jay; and his nephews, Caleb Hayes and Brooks Logan Barnwell.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 11th 2025 at 2:30 PM at the Lawson's Funeral Homes Chapel (311 W Gray St, Jay, OK 74346).
