He was predeceased by: his parents, David Allen Nichols and Geraldine Nichols (Goforth); his friend Harley; his sons, Johnathan "Rocky" Nichols and David "Tooter" Nichols; and his siblings, Tena Nichols and Ernest Kem Prescott.
He is survived by: his children, Ashley Ritz of Tulsa, Minnie LeForce of Jay, Sierra LeForce of Jay, Angel LeForce of Pryor and Zach LeForce of Peggs, Oklahoma; his siblings, Dennis Prescott of Bartlesville, Oklahoma, Denise Holderbee (David) of Turley, Anita LeForce of Peggs and Laura O'Rear of Salina, Oklahoma; and his cousins, Robin Redfearn of Locust Grove and Jerry Nichols of Locust Grove. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, numerous aunts, uncles.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 15th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM at the Locust Grove Funeral Home (608 Joe Koelsch Dr, Locust Grove, OK 74352). A graveside service will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the New Home Cemetery (7928 N Lost City Rd, Hulbert, OK 74441).
