She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Barnwell and Geneva Lawhead; her husband Raymond Sturges; her siblings, Betty Jo Barnwell, Linda Kirby and Jim Barnwell; and her nephew Charles Hass.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Sturges (Sheila) of Langley, Oklahoma and Marsha Moore (Michael) of Grove, Oklahoma; and her sisters, Bobbi Whitlock (Keith) of Broken Arrow and Mary Foreman of Jay, Oklahoma. She is also survived by grandchildren and six great-grandchildren; numerous nieces, nephews, cousins extended family.
