He is survived by: his parents, Michael Hampton Lay, Sr. and Donna Dee Lay of Eucha, OK; his children, Taylor Barton (Justin Barton) of Buffalo, MO, Chevy Lay and Savannah Lay of Warrensburg, MO; and his sister Patricia Strahan of Georgetown, IN.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, July 5th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Gathering American Legion (114 S Broadway St, Grove, OK 74344).
