He was predeceased by: his parents, Arlie Cook and Vennie Cook (Randall); his wife Deree Cook; his girlfriend Joyce Bridges; and his son Billy Cook.
He is survived by: his daughters, Catherine Carlock (Joe) and Onna Newell (Curtis); and his grandchildren, Bryant Newell, Julie Lacey and Randy Carr. He is also survived by several great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held on Monday, June 16th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Friendship Cemetery (1980 E Friendship Rd, Springdale, AR 72764).
