He was predeceased by: his parents, Ray Benson Allen and Gertrude Allen (Hyde); his former wife Evelyn Allen; his wife Loretta Allen; his son Richard Arric Allen; and his brothers, Harmon Allen and Gene Allen.
He is survived by: his children, Larry Allen (Kathy), Brenda Busse (Rick) and Sherri Norman; and his sister Myrna Burke (Fred). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, June 8th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Worley Luginbuel Jay (777 S Main St, Jay, OK 74346). A funeral service will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
