She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Foreman and Geraldean Foreman; her son Joe Rutherford; and her siblings, Wylie Foreman, Jackie Foreman, Marvin Foreman, Norma Asher and Bernice Foreman.
She is survived by: her husband Russell Rutherford of Jay, OK; her son Rodney Rutherford (Cathy) of Jay, OK; her grandchildren, Whitney Rutherford of Grove, OK, Maddie Rutherford of Jay, OK and Kayden Rutherford of Midland, TX; and her sister Frances Riggins of West Siloam, OK.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, May 7th 2026 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lawson's Funeral Homes & Cremation Services (311 W Gray St, Jay, OK 74346). A graveside service was held on Friday, May 8th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Polson Cemetery.
