She is survived by: her mother Rachel Conner of Tahlequah, OK; her niece Lilly Rae Annabelle Goins of Tahlequah, OK; her pet Cooper Dale; her brother Mitchell Goins of Jay, OK; her nephew Kaeden Goins of Bartlesville, OK; her grandparents, Wanda and David Burnett of Jay, OK; and her cousin Chris Goins.
