He is survived by: his mother Mary Jane Stelle Rodgers (Stelle) of Jay, OK; his wife Annette Frances Haney-Payne; his daughters, Kaneesha Haney and Laticia Haney of Jay, OK; his grandchildren, Elizabeth, Steven and Sophia Stoner; his sister Paula Lynn Salisbury of Claremore, OK; and his uncle Don Lee Stelle of Grove, OK. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Lawson's Funeral Homes & Cremation Services Chapel (311 W Gray St, Jay, OK 74346).
