It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William David Brixey (Jay, Oklahoma), who passed away on March 2, 2026, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Commadore Brixey and Juanita Swogger-Brixey; his brother Robert; his sister-in-law Vicki Brixey; his nephew David Lee Brixey; and his niece Amber Bauer.
He is survived by: his wife Karen Brixey of Jay, Oklahoma; his daughters, Christine Rose (Mike) of Pryor, Keri Morris (Josh) of Hugoton and Cori Beights (Cory) of Park Hill, Oklahoma; his nieces, Missy Davis (Adam) of West Haven, Kimberly Davenport of Grove and Michelle Jones of Grove, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Emily Cox (Dalton) of Owasso, Matthew Sumter of Jay, Aneta, Clara, Shane Morris of Hugoton and Eli Beights of Park Hill, Oklahoma; his great grandchildren, Kai and Theo Cox of Owasso, Oklahoma; and his friend Martha Cone of Jay, Oklahoma. He is also survived by cousins, extended family, and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations be made to Zena Baptist Church or to a charity of your choice in honor of Bill's memory.
