He was predeceased by: his wife Pamela Phillips; his daughter Michelle Baker (Southern); and his parents, Caroline Fugate and Edward Douglas Phillips. He is survived by: his son Charles Douglas Phillips (Cathy) of Littleton, CO; his grandchildren, Alexander Phillip Baker, Travis Hall and Shelby Schulz; and his great grandchildren, Emry, Avery Schulz, Ellie and Indigo Baker.
He also served as voluntary advisor to an HOA, other local organizations and groups, and as a certified Alzheimer's Association Family Care Group Facilitator.
