Flake, Jr. (Suzy) of Tucson, AZ.; her grandchildren, Jennifer Adams, Benjamin Flake (Megan) of Seville, OH, Samuel Adams (Joanie) of Greensburg, PA and Daniel Flake (Annie); and her great grandchild Everett Adams.
