He is survived by: his wife Cindy; his daughters, Sarah (Chris) and Kristi; his grandchildren, Caroline and Harrison; his parents, Bill and Sue; his siblings, Todd and Cindy; and his siblings' children, Libbie and Noah.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the ALS Association of Oklahoma.
