He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Moore of Sulphur Springs, TX.. He is survived by: his child Kari; his wife Cheryl Moore of Jenks, OK; his children, Alan Bigelow of Tulsa, OK, Kelly Moore and Kyle Machulis of El Cerrito, CA; his grandson Connor Bigelow of Tulsa, OK; and his brother Ron (Joyce Moore).
