He was predeceased by: his parents, Mason Speer and Christine Speer (Ainsworth); his stepmother Fern Speer; his siblings, Rex Speer (Larry Speer) and Nettie Davidson (Speer); and his stepbrother Bill Jenkins.
He is survived by: his friend Ronnie Ensey; his sister Betty Davidson (Speer); and his stepbrothers, Gary Jenkins and Pete Jenkins (Alice). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
