He is survived by: his father Orville Arthur Libby; his wife Judy Libby; his daughters, Kerry Lane Housley (Richard) of Edmond and Sheri LeAnne Bachman (John) of Jones; and his grandchildren, Cody J. Legg, Peyton J. Legg and Zoë E. Housley. He is also survived by two nieces and two nephews.
