She was predeceased by: her parents, Jeanne Elizabeth (Metcalf) and Lester "Mike" Bons; her husband Darrell Sorrells; her sister Gwen Steel; and her son Darrell Douglas Sorrells Jr..
She is survived by: her daughter Laurie Boren (Keith) of Jones, OK; her daughter-in-law Susan Sorrells of Buffalo Valley, OK; her grandchildren, Bill Reed II, Kristen Dunn, Doug Sorrells, Dwane Sorrells, Clint Sorrells, Brittney Campbell, Dakota Sorrells and Cheyenne Ramsey; and her brother Gerald Bons of California. She is also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
