He is survived by: his wife Tayla Douglas (Pair); his daughter Cassie Douglas; his grandchildren, Cheyenne Douglas, Dakota Douglas and Grayson Spencer; his sisters, Harriett Scobee (John) and Rhonda Eads (Johnny); and his siblings' children, Jody Neuenschwander, Misty Sohosky, Keshia Wheeler, Montia Tackett and Tony Smith.
