Though Teddy may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, his essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl Gilliam and Mildred Gilliam (Smith). He is survived by: his siblings, Tom Gilliam of Clinton and Kim Vasquez of Clinton; and his children, Greg Gilliam of Clinton, T. L. Gilliam of Colony, Michelle Newman of Texas, Veronica Gilliam of Missouri, Ruthann Williams of Clinton, Jason Gilliam of Missouri and William Gilliam of Missouri. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
