He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Drake, Mitchell, Tyler (Kourtney) and Laura; his brother Kendall Smith (Lisa); and his nephews, Presley Smith and Eli Smith. He is also survived by 8 grandsons, 2 granddaughters and 3 bonus grandsons.
