He is survived by: his wife Kathryn Swan; his daughter Kim Romine (Mike); his daughter-in-law LaDawna Hollingshad; his grandchildren, Ashley (Josh Mancuso), Shelbe'Hollingshad, Gunner Hollingshad (Liz Schweder) and Katie Davis (Brandon); his great grandchildren, Charlie Jane Taylor, Barrett and Parks Davis; and his sister Aloha Duncan (Duane). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
