He was predeceased by: his parents, Mattie I. Leverett and J. W. Leverett; his wife Wanda Leverett; his children-in-law, Noel Lemons and Sun Ae Leverett; and his granddaughter Callie Leverett.
He is survived by: his siblings, Doyal Leverett of Bristow, Lennie and Maudine; and his children, Gail Leverett-Wiley of Duson, Doye Leverett (Rebecca) of Lafayette, Johnny Leverett of Bristow and Deena Lemons of Kellyville. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, 11 great-great-grandchildren, and a host of other relatives.
