She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Baker and Dorothy Baker (Jones); and her stepfather Charlie Dalton "C. D." Saul. She is survived by: her husband Vernon Gene Billingsly; her daughter Mandy Warne; her son-in-law Robert; her son Thomas; her daughter-in-law Rebecca; her son Stephen; her daughter-in-law Christina; her grandchildren, Arthur, Emma, Claire, Anne, Victoria, Carson and Brandon; her great grandchildren, Penny and Leah; her sister Patricia Victory; and her nephew Bryan.
