She was predeceased by : her parents, MacArthur Phillips and Goldia Lois (Turnbull); her former life partner Douglas Ramey; her husband Glendell Stokes; her sister Gloria Sharp; and her daughter Sharia Nichols.

She is survived by : her children, Kyle Stokes (Debbie) of The Colony, TX, Mary Jernigan of Antlers, OK, Marty Little of Denison, TX, Mona Swofford of Lake Dallas, TX and Michelle Fluitt (Steve) of Ponder, TX; and her grandchildren, Neile Vance, Brian Little, Kevin Stokes, Jeff Swofford, Doug Swofford, Taylor Madiedo, Aaron Jernigan, Kelsey Roach, Patrick Fluitt and Matt Swofford. She is also survived by fourteen great-grandchildren; one great-great grandchild and numerous other relatives and friends.
