He is survived by: his daughter Amy Polk (Patrick) of Mineola, TX.; his grandchildren, Alysa Polk, Alyah Polk and Alyjah Polk; his siblings, Lou Rainwater (Royce) of Keota and Larry (Pam) of Keota; and his nephews, Wendell McClary, Ricky McClary, Roy McClary, Doug Nixon, Kenny Whitson and Royce Rainwater.
