He was predeceased by: his parents, Hubert Duke and Maydell Duke of Oakhurst, Oklahoma.. He is survived by: his children, Brenda Smith (Lance) of Adair, OK, Cheryl Gress (Danny) of Tulsa, OK, Sandy Duke of Kiefer, OK and Johnny Duke (Tracy) of Kiefer, OK. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 32 great-grandchildren.
