We are sad to announce that on October 15, 2025, at the age of 92, Lula Janelle Howard in Kiefer, Oklahoma, born in Sylvania, Georgia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her son Louis "Frank" Howard (Debbie Howard); her husband Willis Wayne Howard; her parents, Louie Reginal Smoak and Daisy Smoak; her daughter Rozena Howard; her daughter-in-law Debbie Howard; and her grandson Jeff Belles.
She is survived by: her children, Jesse Howard and Gayla Howard Zientek (Norman); and her grandchildren, Justin Howard (Annel), Kristi Zientek, Kevin Zientek (Kayla), Travis Belles (Brenna), Louis "Beau" Howard Jr. (Emily), Elisabeth Markwartz and Joseph "Joe" Howard. She is also survived by great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Strickland Funeral Home (530 TX-36, Caldwell, TX 77836). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 20th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
