She was predeceased by: her parents, John Henderson and Hazel Henderson; her husband Phillip Campbell; her son Stacey Kelley; and the father of her children Larry Kelley.
She is survived by: her children, Lynette McAdams and Patrick Campbell (Amanda). She is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren; as well as cousins and friends.
A memorial service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Church of the Nazarene (414 W Hill Dr, Kingfisher, OK 73750).
