He is survived by: his wife Carol Lukasek; his siblings, Allen Lukasek (Donna) of Muldrow, Don Lukasek (Alisa) of Montgomery, Texas and Joyce Payne (Ted) of Crescent; his sons, Shane (Kelly) of Kingfisher, Justin (Lori) of Kingfisher and Cody of Kingfisher; his grandchildren, Spencer Lukasek (Kassie) of Yukon, Keelyn McCue (Braxton) of Fairview, Emma Lukasek (Casey Wade) of Edmond, Lennon, Zoe and Landry Lukasek of Kingfisher; his great grandchildren, Paisley Lukasek of Yukon, Taytum, Ellie and Cooper McCue of Fairview; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Osterholt of Okarche and Don Blehm of Hitchcock. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family members, and lifelong friends.
