He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Holt and Annie Gatlin Holt; his wife Jeanne Rahn (Georgia); his daughter Peg; his niece Susan Holt; and his great grandchildren, Kaden and Jace.
He is survived by: his stepchildren, Shirlene Harrell of Kingfisher, Kandy Cochran of Kingfisher and Kenny Harrell (Trecia) of Mustang. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren, 44 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great grandchildren.
