He is survived by: his wife Sandy Childers of Kingston, Oklahoma; his children, Bryan Childers (Jennifer) of Kingston, Michael Kirk (Dallas) of Oklahoma City, Terry Lynn Hurley (Jimmy) of Blanchard and Angie Robinson (Richard) of Blanchard; and his siblings, Leroy Childers of Taft, Oklahoma and Barbara Davis of Oklahoma City. He is also survived by six grandchildren; several great-grandchildren.
