He was predeceased by : his parents, Cora Anna Wise (Weisner) and Earl M. Wise; his wife Loessa Herriman Wise; his daughter Brenda Neher; his granddaughter Candice Neher; his sister Doris Vossen; his brother-in-law Don Vossen; his sister Marjorie Whitekeller; and his brother-in-law William "Sonny" Whitekeller.

He is survived by : his caregiver Paula Butterfield; and his grandsons, Clinton Neher and Charles Neher. He is also survived by three great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.

A memorial service was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Watts Funeral Home - Kingston (707 US-70, Kingston, OK 73439). A burial was held on Monday, April 8th 2024 at the Lark Cemetery (12043 Lark Cemetery Rd, Kingston, OK 73439).

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Enos/Cardinal Cove Fire Department.
