He was predeceased by : his grandparents, Arlin and Virginia McQueary. He is survived by : his mother Jan McQueary Holt; his brother Jason Thomas; and his nephews, Gary Jackson of Kingston, Vincent of Kingston and Adam McQueary of Kingston.
In lieu of flowers, the family is requesting for donations to go towards the funeral expenses.
