She is survived by: her husband Robert Curtis West of Kingston, OK.; her son Ray Keith (Debbie) of Kingston, OK; her stepchildren, Lynn LaFevers of Conroe, TX and Bobbi Shackelford (Bryan) of Guthrie, OK.; and her daughter-in-law Amy Drake of Splendora, TX.
