He is survived by: his daughters, Teresa Fields Lancaster (Roger) of Kingston and Susie Hall (Ollie) of Kingston, Oklahoma.; his grandchildren, Jeremy Fields, Becky Hewitt, Cody Hall and James Hall; his great grandchildren, Avery Caroline Hopkins, William Gray Hopkins, Jacob Wiley Fields, Anya Isabelle Fields, Daphne Ann Marie Fields, Cassidy Bell Hall, Stella James Hall and Arlo Henry Hall; and his brother Terry Fields (Christine).
