He was predeceased by : his parents, William Bush and Nellie Bush (Cleveland); his sisters, Barbara Lindsey and Jeannie Palmer; his brother-in-law Frank Lindsey; his nephew David Bush; and also Mary Lou Bush.

He is survived by : his wife Mary Lou McCarroll; his children, Misty Masters (Rick) and Dustin Bush (Kourtney); his grandchildren, Jessica Raines (Dennis), Dalton Masters (Lacy), Dakota Bush (Hannah), Dusty Bush, Elizabeth, Keona, Shekinah and Madelyn Bush; and his brothers, Phillip Bush (Bobbie), Charles Bush (Meredith) and Many. He is also survived by Ten great grandchildren.
