He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Spicer and Irma Spicer; and his brother Gary Gibson. He is survived by: his brothers, Bret Spicer and Mike Spicer; his friend Larry Noakes; and his nephew Bradly Gibson. He is also survived by five nieces and nephews.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 25th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Lanman Funeral Home - Kiowa (204 N 7th St, Kiowa, KS 67070).
