The passing of Joyce Sexton of Kiowa, Oklahoma leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 4, 2025 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her parents, William "Bill" Perry and Idell Sartor (Wayne Sexton); her son Rodney Dee Sexton; her grandson Bryan Charles Clonch; her brother Lee Edward Sartor; and her siblings-in-law, Vonnie Newberry, Jeanine Sartor, Helen McClendon, Jerry Newberry, Oliver Baldwin, Dale Davis, W. C. Derryberry and Leon McClendon.

She is survived by: her children, Michael Sexton (Deanna) of Kiowa, Gregory Sexton (Angie) and Vicki Clonch (Melton) of Ada; her grandchildren, Clifford Sexton (Jessica), Marci Stephens (Chance), Bradley Clonch (Michelle), Brandon Clonch and Brittiany Cornish (Chris); her great grandchildren, Weston Sexton, Isabella Sexton, Jaxson Stephens, Kyler Stephens, Willow Stephens, Lanie Clonch, Kamryn Cornish, Everly Clonch, Elliot Clonch, Ethan Cornish and Jaxley Cornish; her siblings, Naomi Davis, Willie Dell Derryberry, Dora Kay Nichols (Sherman), Ronna Gail Baldwin, R. W. Sartor, Wallace Sartor (Betty), Charles Wayne Sartor (Maclyn) and Dorman "Dub" Sartor (Sharon); and her sister-in-law Barbara Sartor. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Bishop Funeral Service and Crematory (110 S 3rd St, McAlester, OK 74501). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM at the First Baptist Church of Kiowa (525 S Grant St, Kiowa, OK 74553).
