He was predeceased by: his parents, Alva Collins and Reba Collins (Tannehill); his daughter Rebekah Lyth; his siblings, Wanda, Darrell and Darla; and the mother of his children Gina Collins.
He is survived by: his wife Cathleen Collins; his children, Alfonse Collins of Woodland Hills, Jason Collins of Krebs, Ryan Collins of Woodland Hills, Sarah Collins of Krebs and Tara O'Donley of Colorado; his grandchildren, Tyler Collins of McAlester, Joseph Collins, Stephen Collins, Ernie and Cathi; his stepdaughters, Cheryl Cutler of Lawton and Maryanne Little of Huntsville, Alabama; and his brother Richard Collins (Leigh) of Tennessee. He is also survived by 17 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren, with one great-grandchild.
